Mercy Hearne is Acaciawood's vice principal. She works closely with the principal, teachers, and support staff and helps ensure the smooth and effective operation of the school. Her duties include overseeing academic programs, supporting student discipline and well-being, and fostering a positive and inclusive campus culture. In addition she collaborates with teachers through ongoing coaching, classroom observations, and reflective feedback. This role includes mentoring new teachers, providing instructional support, and helping staff implement effective teaching strategies that meet the diverse needs of students. By promoting collaboration, offering resources, and encouraging continuous improvement, the Vice Principal helps create a supportive environment where teachers feel valued and empowered.
